Free from the limitations of a fund structure and holding periods, we do not have an exit horizon and wants to be a partner to our companies in their growth agenda over multiple rounds. Besides providing capital, we help founders by leveraging our network and through active board engagements and management support. We are comfortable leading or co-leading an investment.

2020 Q2 New investment in the AI-based HR platform and SaaS company Winningtemp. HQ in Gothenburg, scaling in the Nordics and UK.
2020 Q1 More investments were made in the field of AudioTech, where We Are Voice and All Ears are now part of our family. Kitab Sawti, the audiobook startup for Arabic markets, was sold to Storytel. Furthermore, our investment focus was extended after Bonnier Group’s successful exit of Tv4 and Cmore.
2019 Teaming up with brilliant teams in HealthTech and GreenTech - in 2019 Bonnier Ventures announced investments in Doktor.se, Pilloxa, Sulapac and Woshapp as well as Kitab Sawti.
2018 A clearer focus on venture investments and of a name change from Bonnier Growth Media to Bonnier Ventures. Investments made in Blok, Pamono and Heja. Follow-on investments in Acast and Natural Cycles.
2016 Initial investment in Natural Cycles.

Our first strong exit case, Toca Boca, was sold to Canadian toy giant Spin Master. Our IRR was 176%.
2015 Initial investments in Acast and Resolution Games.
2013 Bonnier Growth Media was founded. Investments in StoryKit, Refunder, United Screens and FLX.
